After many years of ground work, I am please to announce we have finally got our very own response truck!!
You will find pics located in the gallery of it.
All I hope is that the new "super city" will support us as well as Witakere City Council has over the past 25+ years... |

| Very nice truck Waitakere - NZ-RT 3 leading the way! I'm surprised its taken this long for a vehicle like this to be commissioned by any Civil Defence based rescue team. |

Hey there, first post - Briggsy has PUSHED me into it by the email. I often read but can't figure out how to post. Times have changed! Yes Bert has been bought for NZ RT2 (Big Emergency Response Truck). Amongst much hype in the community which is great. Popular with kids and hopefully in an emergency and yep she's cool! When Brian our website man comes back he will load the photos of it doing it's stuff on the NZRT2.co.nz site Now just got to get the hang of all this...  Oh yeah and try to find more money for the fitout finish |
